These terms govern your use of ti9, a product by SkyQ. By using ti9 you agree to them.
The service
ti9 lets you create GST invoices, calculate CGST/SGST/IGST, generate PDF invoices, and share them with your customers. It's provided on an as-is basis and may change or be interrupted from time to time.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business, customer and GST details you enter, and for meeting your own GST compliance and filing obligations. ti9 is a tool to help you generate invoices — it doesn't file returns or provide tax advice.
Shareable links
Invoices you create can be shared via a public link without requiring the recipient to sign in. You're responsible for only sharing those links with people you intend to see that invoice.
Account
You sign in with your email via a magic link or one-time code. Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can sign in to your email can sign in to your ti9 account.
Limitation of liability
ti9 is provided without warranties of any kind. SkyQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including errors in GST calculations you have not independently verified.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
