ti9 ("we", "us") is a product by SkyQ, built to help Indian businesses create GST-compliant invoices. This page explains what data we collect when you use ti9 and how it's handled.
What we collect
- Your email address, used only to sign you in (magic link or one-time code).
- Your business profile — name, address, GSTIN, state, and optional bank/UPI details you choose to add for invoice payments.
- Invoice data you create — customer names, amounts, GST details, and line items.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to operate ti9: authenticating you, generating your invoices and PDFs, and calculating GST. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Shareable invoice links
Each invoice has a unique, unguessable link that can be viewed without signing in, so you can share it with your customer. Anyone with that link can view and download that invoice — treat it like you would a PDF attachment.
Where your data lives
ti9 runs on infrastructure operated by SkyQ. We don't route your business or invoice data through third-party analytics or marketing tools.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by writing to support@skyq.in.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and adjust the date above.
